The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires that all employers must conduct a Fire Risk Assessment and act on the significant findings arising from it. If you employ five or more persons, or your premises are licensed, you will need to keep a written record of your fire risk assessment and any significant findings identified.
